Training Manuals

Who doesn’t love curling up with a good training manual!

Okay, maybe I'm the only one.

But well-written manuals for products, software or procedures will pay off in a big way. For processes and procedures - including installation and user manuals - a well-written document reduces confusion and improves compliance. You customers are more likely to be satisfied with their purchase if you give them the information needed to install, use and maintain your products.

All manuals aren’t created equal. We encouraged one client to rethink the tone and style of their manuals. They agreed and we not only reduced the length (and production cost) by 30% but provided the content in a more direct and easily understood style.

HR and Benefits

Your regularly refine your employee processes, procedures and benefits. When you make changes, your people need to know what's new, why it's important to the company and – most importantly – how they are affected by the change.
